Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Free Planet Connect Inc ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the Free Planet Security mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Free Planet Security is a network security application for iOS devices that provides:

• Real-time threat detection and blocking
• Secure VPN connection services
• Privacy protection features
• Network monitoring and security analytics
• Wi-Fi security assessment

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you may only use our Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential

Subscription and Payment

Our Service may offer subscription-based premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in the app
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation policies as outlined in your app store
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your respective app store (Apple App Store).

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Free Planet Connect Inc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Service Availability

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Complete security or privacy protection

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREE PLANET CONNECT INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Free Planet Connect Inc from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
